Content Guidelines Policy

These Content Guidelines explain what customers may upload when placing an order. By submitting any image, text or other material (“Content”), you confirm that you understand and agree to the following:

1. Ownership & Rights

  • You must own the Content you upload or have the necessary rights to use it.

  • If your Content includes identifiable people, you confirm that you have permission to use their image unless legally unnecessary (e.g., group family photos with deceased individuals or unknown bystanders).

  • You agree not to upload photos of celebrities, influencers, or other public figures., unless you own the rights to the image and they are not the primary subject.

  • You accept full responsibility for any Content you upload, including any third-party claims relating to privacy, likeness rights, or copyright.

2. Prohibited Content

You must not upload any Content that contains or depicts:

  • Any illegal content.
  • Hate symbols or extremist content.
  • Obscene content.
  • Sexual or inappropriate material including nudity or pornography.
  • Any depiction of minors in risky, sexualised, or inappropriate contexts.
  • Graphic violence, injury, or gore.
  • Weapons (e.g., guns, knives, explosives).
  • Copyrighted images of celebrities or public figures.

3. Responsibility for Content

  • You understand that embarrassing or humorous images (e.g., for Secret Santa) are allowed, but you remain solely responsible for ensuring that the Content is lawful, respectful, and does not violate rights of the people depicted.
  • You accept liability for any consequences arising from the Content you upload.

4. Review & Enforcement

  • We manually review orders and Content to ensure compliance.
  • If your Content breaches these guidelines, your order may be cancelled and refunded, provided no work has started.
  • Once work has begun, refunds follow our standard Refund Policy.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any Content at our discretion
  • We will only report Content to authorities where required by law.

5. Privacy & Data

  • Your Content will be used only to fulfil your order and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • We will not use your images for marketing or advertising without your explicit consent.
  • We store Content securely and remove it in line with our Data Retention Policy.

6. Agreement

By uploading Content, you confirm that you’ve read and accepted these Content Guidelines and that your Content follows all requirements outlined above.
